When I approach you like an adult, I deserve the same respect in return; not some stuck-up, know-it-all attitude. If you have a problem with how I go about handling my business, then we have a problem. But you can’t even address your issues with me so how are we supposed to move forward? How am I supposed to improve? Quit wasting time.
